Health Flex Credit Amount. Amount of flex credit allowance the employee receives from the employer. For employers who do not have a flex credit plan and pay directly for the cost of health insurance on behalf of the employee, the current cost of their medical plan premiums at the level of employee plus two dependents will be used.
