Health Risks Sample Clauses

A Health Risks clause defines the responsibilities and liabilities related to potential health hazards that may arise during the performance of an agreement. It typically outlines which party is responsible for identifying, mitigating, and responding to health risks, such as exposure to hazardous materials or unsafe working conditions. For example, it may require one party to provide safety equipment or training to minimize health dangers. The core function of this clause is to allocate responsibility for health-related issues, ensuring that risks are managed appropriately and reducing the likelihood of disputes or harm.
