Common use of Healthcare Monitor Clause in Contracts

Healthcare Monitor. The Receiver appointed in the Federal case of Plata v. Swarzenegger, may, in his discretion, appoint a Healthcare Monitor to either be housed at the Facility, or to make periodic inspection visits to the Facility consistent with the provisions of this section. The same information as is provided by CDCR to CONTRACTOR for its Contract Monitor shall also be provided to CONTRACTOR for the Healthcare Monitor.
