Common use of Healthcare Professional Liability Insurance Clause in Contracts

Healthcare Professional Liability Insurance. Tenant shall provide and keep in effect a policy of insurance covering claims arising out of healthcare professional liability in an amount as stated in clause (ii) of this Paragraph 18(a), and, if written on a "claims-made" basis, Tenant shall also provide continuous liability coverage for claims arising during the Term either by obtaining an endorsement providing for an extended reporting period reasonably acceptable to Landlord if such policy is cancelled or not renewed for any reason whatsoever, or by obtaining "tail" insurance coverage providing coverage for a period of at least twelve (12) months beyond the expiration of the Term.
