Common use of Healthcare Provider or Patient Questions and Complaints Clause in Contracts

Healthcare Provider or Patient Questions and Complaints. Client will have the sole responsibility for responding to questions and complaints from its customers. Questions or complaints received by Patheon from Client’s customers, healthcare providers or patients will be promptly referred to Client.
