Healthcare Related Businesses. (b) The Borrower shall not permit any of its Restricted Subsidiaries to engage in any business, other than (i) the business of owning, operating or managing Healthcare Facilities and any business reasonably incidental thereto and (ii) Healthcare Related Businesses.
