Heart Attacks and Hypertension Clause Samples
The 'Heart Attacks and Hypertension' clause defines how incidents of heart attacks or high blood pressure are addressed within the context of the agreement, typically in relation to insurance coverage or employment terms. It may specify whether these conditions are considered pre-existing, outline the process for reporting such medical events, or detail any exclusions or limitations on benefits related to these health issues. The core function of this clause is to clarify the parties' rights and obligations regarding heart attacks and hypertension, thereby reducing ambiguity and potential disputes over coverage or responsibilities.
