Heating, Ventilating and/or Air. Conditioning System A written report from a licensed heating, ventilating and air conditioning system contractor within the last 3 months stating that all evaporative coolers and/or heaters within the warehouse areas of the Premises are in good working order and condition and that office heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems are in good working order and condition.
