Height of attachments. All attachments on all Service Poles shall be at least 8 feet above grade, in accordance with Chapter 284, Sec. 285.108 (a) (1) - (2) and if a Network Node attachment is projecting toward the street, for the safety and protection of the public and vehicular traffic, the attachment shall be installed no less than sixteen (16) feet above the ground.
