Heirs and Successors. This Agreement shall be binding upon, and inure to the benefit of, the Company and its successors and assigns, and upon any person acquiring all or substantially all of the Company's assets and business. In the event of the Optionee's death prior to exercise of the Option, the Option may be exercised by the estate of the Optionee to the extent such exercise is otherwise permitted by this Agreement.
