Hell or High Water. The Contract shall contain a "Hell or High Water" clause that unconditionally obligates the Obligor to make periodic Contract payments (including taxes), notwithstanding damage to or destruction of the Equipment that is the subject of the Contract, or any other event, including obsolescence thereof.
