Common use of HEP Xxxxxx Station and Bisti Delivery Clause in Contracts

HEP Xxxxxx Station and Bisti Delivery. a. Build approximately 40,000 barrels of tankage at Xxxxxx Station to receive sweet crude. b. Build 6” pipeline (approximately 12 miles) to receive sweet barrels from the Devon Hackberry field. c. Build connection from Xxxxxxxx Ranch gathering system to the Devon Hackberry to Xxxxxx Station connecting pipeline. This connection will be made to deliver sweet barrels through the Xxxxxxxx Ranch pipe and deliver into the tank at the Xxxxxx Station. d. Install pumping capacity necessary for delivery into Plains Pipeline at Bisti (to deliver at a rate of up to 80,000 bpd). e. Build 12” 12-mile pipeline from Xxxxxx Station to Plains Pipeline System connection at Bisti.
