HEREBY AGREED AS FOLLOWS. The Board recognizes the Association as the sole and exclusive bargaining and/or negotiating representative with respect to wages, hours and working conditions for all professional personnel, including teachers on tenure or probation, all elementary and secondary teachers, special education teachers under contract with the Xxxxx Public Schools, guidance counselors, librarians, school social workers and psychologists, but excluding all supervisors such as the Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, principals, assistant principals, and all other employees whose assignments are principally supervisory or administrative within the meaning of PERA (Public Employment Relations Act), and all other employees.
