For purposes of this Agreement, the term "cause" shall mean a material breach of this Agreement by Employer which breach has not been cured within thirty (30) days after a written demand for such performance is delivered to Employer by Executive that specifically identifies the manner in which Executive believes that Employer has breached this Agreement. In the event of such termination, Employer will continue the payment of the Base Salary and all benefits provided for in Section 3 hereof until the expiration of one (1) year from the date of termination.
