Heritage building. 15.4.1 Application of this clause
(a) the building or any part of it is listed on the Heritage Register pursuant to the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ or
(b) the Landlord notifies the Tenant that the building is of heritage significance.
Heritage building. 16.4.1 Application of this clause
(a) the building or any part of it is listed on the Heritage Register pursuant to the Queensland Heritage Act 1992 or
(b) the Building owner notifies the Occupant that the building is of heritage significance.
