Common use of HHMI Third Party Beneficiary Status Clause in Contracts

HHMI Third Party Beneficiary Status. 30.1 HHMI is not a party to this Agreement and has no liability to Licensee, any Sublicensee, or user of anything covered by this Agreement, but HHMI is an intended third-party beneficiary of this Agreement and certain of its provisions are for the benefit of HHMI and are enforceable by HHMI in its own name.
