HIE Compliance. You agree to fully comply with the Statewide Health Information Exchange Act set forth in Article 29B of Chapter 90 of the North Carolina General Statutes. In the event that we reject, return, or otherwise decline to pay or process any claim submitted under this Agreement as a result of non-compliance with the Statewide Health Information Exchange Act, you agree that you will not seek payment from the State Health Plan Member.
