The Parties agree to amend this agreement consistent with the Commission’s effective Order within sixty (60) days of the Commissions final resolution of any exception or Motions for Reconsiderations filed by the Parties, and consistent with the FCC’s Order in CC Docket Nos. 98-147, In the Matter of Deployment of Wireline Services Offering Advanced Telecommunications Capability, and 96-98, Implementation f the Local Competition Provisions of the Telecommunications Act of 1996, released December 9, 1999 and the FCC’s further order in these dockets released on January 19, 2001.   • Provisioning of High Frequency Spectrum and Splitter Space 3.2.1 BellSouth will provide <<customer_name>> with access to the High Frequency Spectrum as follows:

If a suitable alternative facility is not available, then to the extent it is technically feasible, BellSouth will make alternative arrangements available to Xxxx Communications (e.g. hairpinning).

  • Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement. These facilities include but are not limited to, a sufficient number of trunks to the point of interconnection with the tandem company, and sufficient interoffice and interexchange facilities and trunks between its own central offices to adequately handle traffic between all central offices within the service areas at a P.01 grade of service or better. The provisioning and engineering of such services and facilities will comply with generally accepted industry methods and practices, and will observe the rules and regulations of the lawfully established tariffs applicable to the services provided.
