Higher Education Authorized Users. If you are a higher education institution, an Authorized User means any individual who is a student resident in a degree- or certificate-granting program of yours, prospective student, consortia student registered to take one of your regularly offered courses of instruction, employee (solely to the extent any such employees use the Product and Service for your internal training purposes), trustee, or collaborating researcher of yours or one of such employees. Authorized Users shall also include non-traditional students, including without limitation, faculty, staff, alumni, continuing education students or participants in community outreach or non‐degree bearing courses, not exceeding ten percent (10%) of the number of total FTEs specified in the Order Form; provided, however, that Authorized Users shall not include any third party commercial providers without our prior written approval.

Authorized Users shall also include non-traditional students, including without limitation, faculty, staff, alumni, continuing education students or participants in community outreach or non‐degree bearing courses, not exceeding ten percent (10%) of the number of total FTEs specified in the Order Form; provided, however, that Authorized Users shall not include any third party commercial providers without our prior written approval.
