Common use of Higher Limits Clause in Contracts

Higher Limits. If the Consultant maintains higher limits than required under this Agreement, then the City shall be entitled to coverage for the higher limits maintained by the Consultant. Any available insurance proceeds in excess of the specified minimum limits of insurance and coverage shall be available to the City.
