Highly Confidential Information. “Highly Confidential Information” means Confidential Information that is source code for products that are commercially released or for which substantial steps have been taken to commercialization, and personally identifiable information regarding customers and employees.
Highly Confidential Information. “Highly Confidential Information” shall mean Keys, Production Credentials and any other material delivered to Licensee by CI Plus LLP which is so designated.

Highly Confidential Information. Licensee and its Permitted ------------------------------- Sublicensees shall maintain the confidentiality of Highly Confidential Information in the following manner: (i) Licensee and its Permitted Sublicensees shall each employ procedures for safeguarding Highly Confidential Information at least as rigorous as Licensee and its Permitted Sublicensees, respectively, would employ for its own most highly confidential information, such procedures to include, at a minimum: (1) maintaining on Licensee's and/or Permitted Sublicensees' premises a secure location in which any and all Highly Confidential Information shall be stored, where such a location may include electronic storage provided that any such electronic storage must meet at least the following minimum security requirements. Such electronic storage must provide a technical means of providing security that is: (x) at least equivalent to the security provided by a common key form of encryption with a key length of at least 40 bits; (y) not subject to known security breaches that effectively negate its use for secure storage of Highly Confidential Information; and (A) proprietary to Licensee and, with respect to any elements of such technical means used for secure storage of Highly Confidential Information that must be maintained as confidential in order for the security to be effective, protected by Licensee at the same level of protection as required for trade secrets; or (B) subject, with respect to any elements of such technical means used for secure storage of Highly Confidential Information that must be maintained as confidential in order for the security to be effective, to a legally binding requirement that such element or elements be maintained as confidential at the time such encryption system is employed to provide secure storage of Highly Confidential Information.

Highly Confidential Information. Content Participant shall maintain the confidentiality of Highly Confidential Information in the following manner: 3.1.1 Content Participant shall employ procedures for safeguarding Highly Confidential Information at least as rigorous as Content Participant would employ for its own most highly confidential information, such procedures to include, at a minimum: (i) maintaining on Content Participant’s premises a secure location in which any and all Highly Confidential Information shall be stored; (ii) such secure location shall be accessible only by authorized employees; (iii) employees shall sign in and out each time such employees visit such secure location; and (iv) when Highly Confidential Information is not in use, such information shall be stored in a locked safe at such secure location. 3.1.2 Content Participant may disseminate Highly Confidential Information only to the strictest minimum possible number of regular employees of Content Participant: (i) who have an absolute need to know such Highly Confidential Information in order to effectively carry out Content Participant’s review thereof pursuant to Section 3.7 of the CPA; and (ii) who are bound in writing by obligations of confidentiality sufficient to protect the Highly Confidential Information in accordance with the terms of this HCI Confidentiality Agreement. 3.1.3 Content Participant shall not make any copies of any Highly Confidential Information. Content Participant may request additional copies of such information. Licensor may in its sole discretion fulfill any such request.
Highly Confidential Information. Adopter shall maintain the confidentiality of Highly Confidential Information in the following manner: 2.1.1 Adopter shall employ procedures for safeguarding Highly Confidential Information at least as rigorous as Adopter would employ for its own most highly confidential information, such procedures to include, at a minimum: (1) maintaining on Adopter's premises a secure location in which any and all Highly Confidential Information shall be stored; (2) such secure location shall be accessible only by authorized employees; (3) employees shall sign in and out each time such employees visit such secure location; and (4) when Highly Confidential Information is not in use, such information shall be stored in a locked safe at such secure location. 2.1.2 Adopter may disseminate Highly Confidential Information only to (a) the strictest minimum possible number of regular employees and individuals retained as regular independent contractors subject to confidentiality obligations equivalent to those applicable to regular employees of Adopter: (1) who have an absolute need to know such Highly Confidential Information in order to enable Adopter to implement DTCP2 in compliance with the DTCP2 Specification; and, (2) who are bound in writing by obligations of confidentiality sufficient to protect the Highly Confidential Information in accordance with the terms of this Agreement; provided that Adopter shall be liable to DTLA for any failure by any such employee or individual to maintain the confidentiality of Confidential Information in accordance with the terms of this Confidentiality Agreement; and, (b) a third party that is providing services to Adopter pursuant to the right under Section 6.2 of the Agreement to “have made” Licensed Products or Licensed Components, provided that such third party is either a Fellow DTCP2 Adopter or has executed a nondisclosure agreement with DTLA consistent with the provisions hereof that authorizes such third party to receive such Highly Confidential Information. 2.1.3 Adopter shall not make any copies of any Highly Confidential Information, except where (i) copying of Cryptographic Constants which are Highly Confidential Information is necessary for the production process of Licensed Component or Licensed Product, or (ii) Adopter has a secure document access control system which provides security level equivalent to what is required in this section 2.1, in which case Adopter may scan the DTLA Highly Confidential Information into their...
