Highly Confidential Information. “Highly Confidential Information” shall mean Keys, Production Credentials and any other material delivered to Licensee by CI Plus LLP which is so designated. Licensee shall implement and maintain security measures for Highly Confidential Information that are in accordance with commercial practices for similar information.
