  • KEYS AND LOCKS Landlord will furnish Tenant, free of charge, two keys to each door or lock in the Premises. Landlord may make a reasonable charge for any additional or replacement keys. Tenant will not duplicate any keys, alter any locks or install any new or additional lock or bolt on any door of its Premises or on any other part of the Building without the prior written consent of Landlord and, in any event, Tenant will provide Landlord with a key for any such lock.   • Meals and Lodging (a) Meal and lodging expenses shall not be allowed without prior approval of the appointing authority or designee as necessary for the purpose of conducting County business.   • Board and Lodging Article 9.01 The Company will provide Board and Lodging when an employee cannot reasonably return to his/her place of residence at the conclusion of the working day or shift. Employees who elect to provide their own Board and Lodging shall be provided an allowance of fifty dollars ($50.00) in lieu of same. Employees who elect to provide their own accommodation shall receive the aforementioned allowance each day they are assigned and report at the work location that attracts a room and board requirement.

  • STRIKES AND LOCK-OUTS 5.01 In view of the arrangements provided by this Agreement for the disposition of any grievance as herein provided, the Company agrees that there will be no lock-out of employees and the Union agrees there will be no strike, slow-down, sit-down or other action which interferes with work or operations, or picketing of any kind or form whatsoever, however peaceful.
