Highs and lows Sample Clauses

The "Highs and lows" clause establishes a range or band within which certain values, such as prices, rates, or performance metrics, are permitted to fluctuate during the term of an agreement. In practice, this clause might set minimum and maximum thresholds for variable elements like commodity prices, interest rates, or service levels, ensuring that neither party is exposed to extreme or unexpected changes. By defining these upper and lower limits, the clause provides predictability and risk management, protecting both parties from volatility and helping to maintain a stable contractual relationship.
