Minimal Limits: $1,000,000 Per Accident Additional Requirements: The Contractor must list the State of Michigan, its departments, divisions, agencies, offices, commissions, officers, employees, and agents as additional insureds on the vehicle liability certificate. The Contractor also agrees to provide evidence that insurance policies contain a waiver of subrogation by the insurance company.
