HIRER’S INDEMNITIES TO OWNER. (a) The Hirer shall at all times indemnify and keep indemnified the Owner in full against all costs, charges, expenses and liabilities paid or incurred by the Owner for or arising out of or in connection with the loss, damage, repair, preservation, recovery or repossession of the Goods or enforcement of this Agreement including legal costs on a full indemnity basis.
