Hiring of Equipment. 8.1 In the event that Cavendish Communications agrees to loan any Equipment to the Customer or the Customer hires or leases the Equipment through a third party, the Customer agrees: 8.1.1 that Cavendish Communications or its appointed agent shall install the Equipment at the Customers site or premises; 8.1.2 the Equipment shall at all times remain the property of Cavendish Communications and at all times when the ownership of the Equipment is in question, the Customer shall advise any third party that the Equipment is the property of Cavendish Communications; and 8.1.3 the Customer shall be responsible for the Equipment whilst it is in the Customer’s custody and shall indemnify Cavendish Communications against any loss or damage to the Equipment together with all costs associated with returning the Equipment to Cavendish Communications.
