HIRING OF PROJECT STAFF. 16.1 The Institution shall abide by the principle of openness and competitiveness in hiring staff for the Project. The Institution shall ensure a system for declaration and management of interest is in place and observe the Corruption Prevention Best Practices developed by the Independent Commission Against Corruption in conducting recruitment of staff as updated from time to time.
