his Total and Permanent Disability the partial or total termination of this Plan or the complete discontinuance of Company contributions to this Plan; provided that if a Participant has separated from service before the Plan so terminates such Participant has not incurred five consecutive one-year breaks in service and the Plan has not yet treated such Participant's non-vested Accounts as a Forfeiture, then his Regular Account shall become 100% vested without regard to whether the termination occurs while such Participant is an Employee.
