Historical Example. The following table shows how the Annual Percentage Rate and the monthly payments for a single $10,000.00 credit advance would have changed based on changes in the index since 2007. The index is from The Wall Street Journal from the first business day of March of each year. While only one payment amount per year is shown, payments may have varied during the year. The table assumes that no additional credit advances were taken, that only the minimum payments were made, and that the rate remained constant during the year. It does not necessarily indicate how the index or your payments will change in the future.   • Certified and Minority Business Enterprises Reports Upon Customer request, the Contractor shall report to the requesting Customer the Contractor’s spend with certified and other minority business enterprises in the provision of commodities or services related to the Customer’s orders. These reports shall include the period covered, the name, minority code, and Federal Employer Identification Number of each minority business utilized during the period; commodities and services provided by the minority business enterprise, and the amount paid to each minority business enterprise on behalf of the Customer.
