HISTORICAL PRECEDENT Sample Clauses
The Historical Precedent clause establishes that past actions, decisions, or agreements between the parties may be used as a reference point for interpreting current or future obligations under the contract. In practice, this means that if a similar situation has occurred before and was handled in a particular way, that approach can guide how the parties should act now, unless the contract explicitly states otherwise. This clause helps ensure consistency and predictability in the parties' relationship by relying on established patterns of behavior to resolve ambiguities or disputes.

The recognition of only these four (4) unions on such work is hereby reaffirmed.
