HMC Support Agreement. The obligations of the Borrower in respect of the Credit Documents constitute “Debt” (as defined in the HMC Support Agreement) and the term “Debt” as defined in the HMC Support Agreement includes the obligations under the Credit Agreement in whatever amount the Borrower may from time to time authorize by resolution of its Board of Directors.
