Common use of Hold Harmless and Indemnification by Contributor Clause in Contracts

Hold Harmless and Indemnification by Contributor. Contributor shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless (CCM POOL NAME), Manager, Users, their successors and assigns, and their respective members, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, suits, demands, causes of action, damages adjudged due or claims reasonably settled, penalties, fines, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or in connection with breach of this Agreement, including without limitation any agreement, representation, warranty, or covenant, by Contributor.
