Common use of HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFICATION Clause in Contracts

HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFICATION. Consultant shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless City and its elected officials, employees and agents from and against claims, losses or liability, including attorneys’ fees, arising from injury or death to persons or damage to property occasioned by Consultant’s and its officers’, employees’ and agents’ sole negligent acts or omissions in performing the Services.

HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFICATION. Consultant shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless City and its elected officials, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, losses or liability, including attorneys’ fees, arising from injury or death to persons or damage to property occasioned by and negligent act, omission or failure to act by Consultant’s and , its officers’, employees’ employees and agents’ sole negligent acts or omissions agents in performing the Services.

HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFICATION. The Consultant shall defend, indemnify and expressly agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the City and all of its elected officialsofficers, agents, employees or otherwise, from any and agents from and against all liability, loss or damage, including reasonable costs of defense that they may suffer as a result of claims, losses demands, actions or liability, including attorneys’ fees, arising from injury or death damages to any and all persons or damage to property occasioned by Consultant’s and its officers’property, employees’ and agents’ sole costs or judgment against the City which result from the negligent acts acts, errors or omissions in performing of the ServicesConsultant, its employees or agents.
