Common use of Hold Information in Confidence Clause in Contracts

Hold Information in Confidence. Unless and until the transactions contemplated in this Agreement have been completed, or until the termination of this Agreement, except with the prior written consent of the other party, each of the parties and their respective representatives will hold all information received from the other party in the strictest confidence, except such information and documents as are available to the public or as are required to be disclosed by applicable law or regulation.
