Hold-Outs and Other Team/Entity Basketball Injuries. If in any Season, a player is suspended by a Team for the remainder of the Season pursuant to Article XIV, Section 6 or Article XX, Section 1(c), the player’s Salary shall be excluded from the Team Salary of such Team, beginning on the date of such suspension and continuing until the later of (i) the following January 1, or (ii) the date on which the player’s suspension ends.
