Common use of Holdco Common Stock Clause in Contracts

Holdco Common Stock. Each share of Holdco Common Stock issued and outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time will automatically be canceled.

Holdco Common Stock. Each share of common stock, par value $0.01 per share, of Holdco Common Stock issued and outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time will shall automatically be canceledcancelled for no consideration and cease to be issued or outstanding.
