Common use of Holdco Documents Clause in Contracts

Holdco Documents. The Holdco Shareholders and Holdco shall forthwith make available to the Offeror and its authorized representatives all minute books, share certificate books, share registers, books of account, accounting records, corporate documents and all other books or records, documents, information or data relating to Holdco (collectively the "Holdco Documents"). At the time of closing, all of the Holdco Documents shall be delivered to the Offeror by the Seller and Holdco.

The Holdco Shareholders and Holdco shall forthwith make available to the Offeror United and its authorized representatives all minute books, share certificate books, share registers, books of account, accounting records, corporate documents and all other books or records, documents, information or data relating to Holdco (collectively the "“Holdco Documents"”). At the time of closing, all of the Holdco Documents shall be delivered to the Offeror United by the Seller Holdco Shareholders and Holdco.

At the time of closing, all of the Holdco Documents shall be delivered to the Offeror Nucor by the Seller Holdco Shareholders and Holdco.

At the time of closingEscrow Holdco Closing, all of the Holdco Documents shall be delivered to the Offeror by the Seller Holdco Shareholder and Holdco, together with the resignations of all of the directors and officers of Holdco.

At the time of closing, all of the Holdco Documents shall be delivered to the Offeror Celestica by the Seller Holdco Shareholders and Holdco.

At the time of closing, all of the Holdco Documents shall be delivered to the Offeror Parent by the Seller Holdco Shareholders and Holdco.
