Holder Liability for Acts and Omissions. Holder is solely and exclusively responsible for all acts and omissions of its POCs and/or others acting by or on behalf of Holder, whether or not authorized in law or in fact. Holder is solely and exclusively responsible for the security of its access to and use of Included Number Resources in the ARIN registry database and for any loss or damage that Holder suffers based on its access or use of the ARIN registry database.
