Common use of Holders Approval of Amendments Clause in Contracts

Holders Approval of Amendments. The consent of the Holders is not necessary under the Indenture to approve the particular form of any proposed amendment, supplement or waiver, but it will be sufficient if such consent approves the substance of such proposed amendment, supplement or waiver. After an amendment, supplement or waiver becomes effective, the Company shall give to the Holders affected by such amendment, supplement or waiver a notice in accordance with the Indenture briefly describing such amendment, supplement or waiver. The Company shall mail supplemental indentures to Holders upon request. Any failure of the Company to mail such notice, or any defect in such notice, will not, however, in any way impair or affect the validity of any such supplemental indenture or waiver.
