Common use of Holder’s Expenses Clause in Contracts

Holder’s Expenses. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary ----------------- contained herein, each holder of Registrable Shares shall bear and pay all underwriting discounts and commissions and transfer taxes applicable to the Registrable Shares sold for such holder's account and all fees and disbursements of counsel such holder retains in connection with the registration of Registrable Shares.

Holder’s Expenses.
