Common use of Holder’s Obligations Clause in Contracts

Holder’s Obligations. It shall be a condition precedent to the obligations of the Company to take any action pursuant to this Agreement with respect to the Registrable Securities of each Holder of Registrable Securities that each such Holder shall furnish to the Company such information regarding it, the number of the Registrable Securities owned by it, the number of Registrable Securities being registered and the intended method of disposition of such securities as shall be required to effect the registration of the Holder’s Registrable Securities, and to cooperate with the Company in preparing such registration.

Holder’s Obligations. (i) It shall be a condition precedent to the Company's obligations under Section 2 hereof that each of the Company to take any action pursuant to this Agreement with respect to the Registrable Securities of each Holder Holders of Registrable Securities that each such Holder shall included in any registration hereunder furnish to the Company in writing such information regarding it, that Holder and the number distribution of the Registrable Securities owned proposed by it, that Holder as the number of Registrable Securities being registered and Company may reasonably request to complete or amend the intended method of disposition of such securities as shall be information required to effect by the registration of the Holder’s Registrable Securities, and statement to cooperate with be filed by the Company in preparing such registrationpursuant to Section 3(a).
