Holders of Warrants; Rights of Holders. (a) At any time that a Warrant is held pursuant to the Unit Agreement, the Company shall, or shall cause the Registrar under the Unit Agreement to, make available to the Warrant Agent at all times such information as to holders of Units as may be necessary to keep the Warrant Register up to date.
