Unless otherwise set forth in an Award Agreement, each Holder of a Performance Share Award shall have all the rights of a shareholder with respect to the Shares issued to the Holder pursuant to the Award during any period in which such issued Shares are subject to forfeiture (whether by purchase or redemption) and restrictions on transfer, including without limitation, the right to vote such Shares. Each Holder of a Performance Unit Award shall have no rights of a shareholder with respect to any Shares underlying such Performance Unit Award until such date as the underlying Shares are issued.
