HOLDERS. Agent may deem and treat the payee of any Note as the holder thereof and Lender hereunder for all purposes hereof unless and until a written notice of the assignment, transfer or endorsement thereof purportedly executed by the payee, as the case may be, shall have been filed with Agent. HOLDERS. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in case of any conflict between the Note and the Register, the Register shall govern.
