Common use of Holding Amount Clause in Contracts

Holding Amount. Airwallex may from time to time require you to pay to it an amount (the Holding Amount) by way of deposit against the potential liabilities you may incur in connection with transactions you enter into with us. Airwallex may at any time in its absolute discretion, by not less than two days prior notice, require you to make additional payments to Airwallex with such payments forming part of the Holding Amount.
