Common use of HOLDING DEPOSIT Clause in Contracts

HOLDING DEPOSIT. You agree to pay Premier Letting (Oxford) Ltd the sum of 1 weeks holding deposit. This will eventually be paid into your damages deposit but will initially reserve the property for you/your group.
