HOLDING OF FOREIGN ASSETS WITH PERMISSIBLE FOREIGN CUSTODIANS. Subject to the requirements of Sections 17(f) and 26(a) of the 1940 Act (and any other applicable law or order), the Custodian may place and maintain Foreign Assets (as such term is defined in Section 3 hereof) in the care of any Permissible Foreign Custodian. Section 3 hereof shall not apply to placement of Foreign Assets by the Custodian with a Permissible Custodian.
