Holdings by Company Disregarded. In determining whether Warrantholders are present at a meeting of Warrantholders for the purpose of determining a quorum or have concurred in any consent, waiver, Extraordinary Resolution, Warrantholders’ Request or other action under this Indenture, Warrants owned legally or beneficially by the Company or any Subsidiary of the Company or any other Affiliate of the Company, as determined in accordance with the provisions of Section 13.6, shall be disregarded. The Company shall provide, upon the written request of the Warrant Agent, a certificate as to the registration particulars of any Warrants held by the Company.
