Home Health Aide Services. services providing for the personal care of the Terminally Ill Member and the perfor- xxxxx of related tasks in the Member’s home in accordance with the Plan of Care in order to increase the level of comfort and to maintain personal hygiene and a safe, healthy envi- ronment for the patient.
