Common use of HOME Record Requirements Clause in Contracts

HOME Record Requirements. For the period of the HOME Term all records maintained by Borrower pursuant to Sections 3.2 and 3.4 above are to be (i) maintained in compliance with all applicable HUD records and accounting requirements, and (ii) open to and available for inspection and copying by HUD and its authorized representatives at reasonable intervals during normal business hours; provided however, records pertaining to Tenant income verifications, Rents, and Development inspections are subject to HUD inspection for five (5) years after expiration of the HOME Term. Borrower is subject to the audit requirements set forth in 24 CFR 92.505 during the HOME Term.
